World Cup Heroes is a 30-line slot game based on the Football World Cup. 

What are winning lines?

A 'win line' is a line of symbols that may contain a winning combination when the reels stop. A win line must contain a minimum of three consecutive symbols (appearing from left to right) for any payout to be made. However, this does not apply to the SCATTER symbol.

Select your lines

Click the LINES plus (+) and minus (-) arrow buttons to select the number of lines you want to play. Stakes are accepted on a per line basis.
Each win line is represented by a numbered (and coloured) Indicator button, displayed on either side of the reels. All these indicators are illuminated when the game is first displayed, meaning all lines are active. You can disable/enable individual lines by clicking the appropriate Indicator button.
Note: You can use a combination of the LINES button and individual Indicator buttons to select lines. If you press (-), the highest selected line number is deselected. If you press (+), the lowest unselected line number is selected. Click the PAYTABLE button to view the 30 win lines.

Set your stake

To increase, or decrease, the amount you are going to bet on each line, click the plus (+) or minus (-) arrows on the STAKE/LINE button.

Remember that stakes are accepted on a per line basis.

The total stake amount for your forthcoming World Cup Heroes game will be the stake per line multiplied by the number of lines you have chosen to play. For example, if you select a £2 stake and you decide to play 30 lines then the total amount staked on the next game will be (2x30) £60. This value is shown in the STAKE area.

Payouts

Click the PAYTABLE button to view payout values for each symbol. Winning lines from the previous game are highlighted (by flashing) on the paytable.

* A single payment only is made per winning line. For example, five matching symbols pays out the value for five symbols and does not pay for four symbols or three symbols.
* A symbol can contribute to one or more win lines. The win line payouts are accumulated.

Special features

WILD symbol

A WILD symbol will substitute any standard symbol (except the SCATTER symbols), to make the best win possible.

Hidden Wild Symbol

The Golden Whistle icon triggers the Wild Shoot Out game where footballs land on the reels to reveal Hidden Wild symbols.

SCATTER symbol

If three, or more, SCATTER symbols appear anywhere (they do not have to be consecutive, or left to right) when the reels have stopped you are awarded a cash prize. You do not have to do anything. The crowd roars and the value of you cash prize is displayed.

Game Recovery

In the event of a game in Real play being interrupted (i.e. started but not completed due to connectivity issues or accidentally closing the browser etc), any winnings will be correctly credited to the customer's account and will be exact according to the result prior to the game being interrupted.

Please note that in some feature games the sequence and number of events leading to the display of the total award, may vary from the animation prior to game recovery. This will not affect the result of the game after the game has recovered.

Auto spin

Auto spin is a convenient way to play without having to click the SPIN button to start each game. Each spin starts automatically until something occurs that requires your intervention or the number of spins set expiries.

Using auto spin

* Select the desired number of spins using the plus and minus buttons in the AUTO SPIN display area. Each click of the respective button increases or decreases the amount of spins that will take place.

The game is a involving fixed odds and you are just as likely to win in any one game as you are in any other. Each game and each result is generated in isolation. Therefore if you have won money on the last five games there is nothing to say you will be less likely to win on the next just because you are on a winning streak.

What is the minimum/maximum I can bet?

0.01p/0.01c is the minimum bet you can place. The maximum bet you can place is £450/€450 per spin. Of course the maximum amount you are allowed to stake within this framework will ultimately be dictated by how much funds are available in your account at any one time.

The game does not download load properly. Why is this?

This problem can be broken down into two more specific complaints, which are as follows:

1. The game is not displaying properly - This will be due to your screen resolution being too small. The game works on a minimum screen resolution of 800 by 600 pixels. To change your screen resolution simply go to your desktop and click on the right-hand mouse button. A menu will pop up and you will need to select 'Properties'. Another box will pop up and you will need to select 'Settings' from the tabs running along the top of the box. From here you will be able to alter your screen resolution.

2. The game is simply not working at all - This may be because you need to download the latest version of Flash Player. After loading the game, you will have received a screen prompt asking you whether you wanted to download the latest version of Flash Player. Downloading this will ensure that you will be able to play the game without any problems. If you ignored or switched the prompt off, you can go to the Macromedia website and download Flash Player from there.

The game seems to be running very slowly. It there anything I can do about this?

Unfortunately not. Our game relies upon your machine, and will run as quickly or slowly as your machine allows. Other than upgrading your computer and its facilities, there is little that can be done with regards to improving the speed of the game on any one machine.

6.2 You acknowledge that we do not have to give you prior notice of any such termination.

7. GENERAL

7.1 No bet can be cancelled by a customer once confirmed by us. All valid bets stand once confirmed whether the customer is on-line or off-line, subject to the provisions set out in clause 3.3 or as otherwise provided in the General Terms or (as applicable) the Terms and Conditions.

7.2 We reserve the right to withdraw the Product or any element of the Product at any time without notice to you, and we will not be liable as a result of any such action.

7.3 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the General Rules, the maximum pay-out (meaning the aggregate winnings including returned stakes) for any calendar day (based on Greenwich Mean Time) to any individual customer (including any other person accessing the Product using your user identification) or to any group of customers acting together is £2,000,000 or currency equivalent, notwithstanding the number of different games played by the customer or group of customers acting together in the calendar day.

7.4 If any part of these Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Conditions and shall not effect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of these Conditions.
