The Heist info

The Heist plays out across 5 reels, 3 rows and 20 paylines, with the whole thing built around one target: the mansion of art collector Mr. Power. He has spent years filling it with treasures, and three characters outside have decided his collection could do with a change of address.

The slot runs at an RTP of 95.57%, a long-term statistical average measured across a very large number of spins rather than anything tied to a single session. Volatility sits in the medium-high range, so the rhythm of the base game and the bonus rounds can differ noticeably from one to the next.

Progress made in the main game is preserved between sessions, so any collection you have started is still there when you return.

If you enjoy story-driven reels, there are plenty more in the wider online slots collection.

Game Features

Three characters drive the action in the base game, each with their own pair of random reel features, and all of them feed into the same goal.

Key Collection

  • Three keys are needed to enter Mr. Power's mansion and open up the Heist Bonus.
  • Each character earns his key by landing a win through one of his own special features.
  • The character features are granted at random in the main game only, and they do not guarantee a win.
  • Once a character has his key, his features no longer count towards collection progress.

Lucky Miner Reel Features

The Lucky Miner awards one of two features at random, and his solution to almost any problem is dynamite.

  • Royal Symbols Exclusion: he blasts the spinning reels and instantly clears away all the Royal Symbols.
  • Reels Booster: between two and five spinning reels are blown up at random and covered with Deep Stacked Wilds sets.

Tumble Dwarf Reel Features

The Tumble Dwarf casts a spell to grant one of two features at random.

  • Magic Ball Bonus: two or three Magic Ball Symbols are placed anywhere on the spinning reels. Any symbol landing inside a Magic Ball becomes a WILD, along with every other symbol of that same kind on the reels. Should a Mr. Power Symbol land inside a Magic Ball, it becomes an x2 WILD together with any other Mr. Power Symbol on screen, doubling any winning line it joins. Where more than one x2 WILD appears in a line, those multipliers combine. All Golden Symbols awarded by the Dwarf share the same payout and substitute for any paying symbol, exactly as a Wild does.
  • Reels Merger: the Dwarf merges two or three adjacent reels and covers them with 2x2 or 3x3 stacked symbols. More than one merging can occur on a single spin.

Leprechaun Reel Features

A magic burst from the Leprechaun can reveal one of two features at random.

  • Big Stacked Wilds: up to three sets of 3x Big Stacked WILDs are placed on the reels at random.
  • Random Wilds: between two and six random symbol positions are turned into 1x1 WILDs.

Heist Bonus

With all three keys gathered, the Heist Bonus opens up in three connected parts: Unlimited Free Spins, the Trail feature and the Vault Wheel. Inside the mansion, you choose which of the three characters leads the job.

  • The Lucky Miner breaks in with the lowest risk of setting off the alarms.
  • The Tumble Dwarf carries a medium risk of triggering them.
  • The Leprechaun goes in with the highest alarm risk of the three.

Unlimited Free Spins

During Unlimited Free Spins, any Mr. Power symbol that lands expands to cover its whole reel as it looks for intruders. Each win line is multiplied by the figure in the Win Multiplier Counter, which begins at x1. Every winning spin fills the Winning Progress Meter, and each third win leads into the Trail feature.

Trail Feature

The Trail feature opens with a single spin of the Trail Wheel to decide how far the character advances towards the Vault. The mansion map holds three kinds of rooms:

  • Progressive Win Multipliers: reaching one saves the Trail progress and returns play to Free Spins.
  • Doors: these offer a shortcut to one of two greater Win Multiplier rooms, chosen at random.
  • Alarms: these can be activated or deactivated. Deactivating one grants a second-chance spin of the Trail Wheel. Activating one ends the Heist Bonus, with all winnings collected and the trail progress lost.

Vault Wheel

At the end of the Trail, the player spins the Vault Wheel for a chance at the corresponding Vault Prize. Each prize tier has its own separate chance of the vault swinging open.

Taste & Feel

This is a caper set around a collector's mansion, with a miner, a dwarf and a leprechaun forming possibly the least discreet crew ever assembled. Mr. Power himself watches over the reels, and in the free spins he stretches the full height of a reel to peer down at the grid.

The visual language leans into the setup: keys, magic balls, glowing Golden Symbols, stacked wilds arriving in bursts of dynamite and spellwork, and a mansion map of rooms, doors and alarms that gives the bonus its shape. Royal Symbols sit among the regular reel symbols, at least until the Miner clears them out.

It all adds up to a slot with a clear narrative thread, where the base game builds towards the mansion and the bonus turns the reels into a floor plan.

The Heist FAQs

How is the Heist Bonus triggered in The Heist?

Three keys are required to enter the mansion. Each key is earned when one of the three characters lands a win through one of his own special features, and those features appear at random in the main game only.

What happens if an alarm is activated during the Trail feature?

Activating an alarm ends the Heist Bonus. All winnings accumulated to that point are collected, and the trail progress is lost. Deactivating an alarm instead gives a second-chance spin of the Trail Wheel.
