Time Spinners info
Time Spinners is built on a 5x4 grid with payline wins, and its whole world runs on pocket watches, ghosts and the fleeting nature of time itself.
Wins land when matching symbols, or a wild, line up along one of the predefined winning lines, always reading from left to right and always starting on the leftmost reel. The paytable sets out how many of each symbol are needed, and only the highest win per winning way is paid.
The theoretical payout for this game is 96.19%, a figure calculated over simulated rounds and understood only as a long-term statistical average rather than anything to expect from a single session.
If clock-themed reels appeal, you can find plenty more in the wider online slots collection.
Game Features
Wild Multiplier
The Pocket Watch symbol acts as a wild multiplier. Once it lands and forms part of a win, it reveals a multiplier value, which is then applied to any winline it belongs to.
- When two or more multipliers sit on the same winline, their values are added together before being applied.
- Up to 10 wild multipliers can land in the base game, and up to 15 during the bonus game.
- The Wild and activated Pocket Watch symbols substitute for all High and Low paying symbols.
Sync Your Watches
When the Sync symbol lands, every wild multiplier on the grid is synced to the highest multiplier value currently showing. One moment they all disagree about the time, the next they are in perfect agreement.
The Sync symbol turns up in the base game and during the collect phase of the bonus game.
Borrowed Time
Landing 3 Ghost symbols activates Borrowed Time, a bonus game split into two distinct phases. All wild multipliers that land are sticky for the full duration of the feature.
Collect Phase
- The reels hold only the special Pocket Watch, Sync and Echo symbols, plus non-winning symbols, so these symbols do not form wins during this phase.
- An Echo symbol raises the value of all adjacent wild multipliers by its revealed value.
- The Normal Echo adds its shown value to every adjacent wild multiplier, while the Epic Echo multiplies every adjacent wild multiplier by its shown value.
- This phase opens with 3 free spins. Each time a special symbol lands and is activated, the remaining spins refill back to 3.
- Three spins in a row without a special symbol moves the feature into the payout phase.
Payout Phase
- The reels now contain only the symbols found in the paytable.
- At least 3 free spins are always awarded here.
- Every spin refill that happened during the collect phase adds 1 extra free spin to this phase.
Bonus Buy
The special features can also be activated directly from the main game using the BUY BONUS button, and the game additionally offers the FeatureSpins™ option, which stays active until it is disabled. The theoretical payout is 96.2% when buying Borrowed Time and 96.24% when buying FeatureSpins™, both again as long-term averages.
Taste & Feel
The theme leans into time as something slippery and passing: pocket watches swinging across the reels, echoes rippling outwards, and ghosts drifting in from somewhere just out of view.
The Ghost symbols appear only in the base game, including FeatureSpins™, which suggests they have no interest whatsoever in sticking around for the second half. Echo symbols do the opposite, showing up only during the collect phase of Borrowed Time.
The result is a grid with two distinct moods: an ordinary run of lined-up symbols in the base game, then a quieter, more mechanical stretch in the bonus where watches gather and echoes nudge their values along.
If you enjoy this one, you might also like Gold Spinner and Aztec Spins, whenever you fancy a wander elsewhere.
Time Spinners FAQs
How is the Borrowed Time bonus game triggered?
It is activated by landing 3 Ghost symbols. The Ghost symbol appears only in the base game, including FeatureSpins™.
What does the Pocket Watch symbol do?
It is a wild multiplier. After it lands, and provided it forms part of a win, it reveals a multiplier value that applies to any winline it is part of. Multiple multipliers on the same winline have their values added together first.
What is the difference between the Normal Echo and the Epic Echo?
The Normal Echo adds its shown value to all adjacent wild multipliers, while the Epic Echo multiplies all adjacent wild multipliers by its shown value. Both appear only during the collect phase of Borrowed Time.
