Wonderland Lucky Ball info
Wonderland Lucky Ball is a live game show format that pairs a physical ball draw with digital bonus wheels. A real machine handles the numbers while the Wonderland crowd waits their turn on the wheel, presumably bickering over the last of the tea.
The table is built around eight 4x4 main game cards and three bonus game cards: 2 Wonderspins, 5 Wonderspins and 4 Walterspins. That gives 11 positions in total to choose from during the betting phase.
The aim is straightforward: match drawn numbers on your cards to complete lines, and match the numbers on a bonus card to open up its wheel game.
Bets, Payouts & Rules
The ball machine holds 60 balls, and 20 balls are drawn live in every round. Each drawn number that appears on a card you have backed is marked off in red.
Rounds follow a fixed order. If you arrive mid-round, the next one begins once the current draw and any bonus games have finished.
- Betting phase: chips can be placed on any of the eight main game cards and the three bonus cards, and on several positions at the same time. A timer shows how long the phase runs.
- Bubble Boost assignment: once betting closes, between one and nine cards can be given a Bubble Boost multiplier.
- Lucky Ball numbers: 11 numbers are then selected at random from the 60. They are highlighted on the main cards and populated across the bonus cards.
- Ball drawing phase: the 20 balls are drawn one by one and matches are marked on every card.
There are 10 possible winning lines on each main game card: four vertical, four horizontal and two diagonal. A line needs four marked numbers to count, and completed lines are paid according to the paytable once all 20 balls have been drawn.
Any Lucky Ball number that lands inside a completed line enhances that line's payout, and multiple Lucky Ball numbers within the same line add up. A round is skipped if no bets have been placed.
The theoretical return to player in the main game is 96.14%, which is a long-term statistical average calculated over a very large number of rounds rather than an indication of any single session.
If wheel-driven formats appeal to you, Wonderland Lucky Ball sits comfortably alongside other live casino game shows.
Features & Bonus Rounds
Bubble Boost
After betting closes, the Bubble Boost multiplier can be assigned to main game cards and bonus game cards alike. On a main card it enhances the payouts from that card's winning lines. On a bonus card it lifts the multipliers inside that bonus game, so its total is enhanced accordingly.
Free Ball
In some rounds, one of the Lucky Balls on the 2 Wonderspins or 5 Wonderspins card becomes a Free Ball. It appears on the bonus card straight away, replacing a Lucky Ball number and reducing how many numbers are still needed to trigger that bonus game.
One detail worth knowing: the number replaced by the Free Ball is not marked off on the main game cards, so it still has to come out of the machine to help complete a line there.
Bonus Games
All three bonus games use a digital wheel with an outer and an inner section. The outer wheel carries 54 sectors named after the Wonderland cast:
- Mad Hatter
- Dormouse
- Dodo
- Queen of Hearts
- Cheshire Cat
- White Rabbit
- Eat Me, which grants one additional spin and then raises the multiplier on every sector of the wheel
The inner wheel reveals an extra element on every spin: either an added multiplier applied to a randomly chosen outer sector, or an additional wheel spin on top of the default number. Results are determined at random by an RNG for each separate Bonus Wheel event.
2 Wonderspins
Requires a bet on the 2 Wonderspins position and all three of its assigned Lucky Ball numbers to be drawn, or two of them if a Free Ball has marked one off. The wheel is spun twice by default, plus any bonus spins from the inner wheel.
5 Wonderspins
Requires a bet on the 5 Wonderspins position and all four assigned Lucky Ball numbers to be drawn, or three if a Free Ball has covered one. The wheel is spun five times by default, plus any bonus spins.
4 Walterspins
Requires a bet on the 4 Walterspins position and all four of its Lucky Ball numbers to be drawn. The wheel is spun four times by default. During those spins, Walter the Caterpillar puffs out three bonus bubbles, each hiding a Bubble Boost multiplier, and looks thoroughly pleased with himself about it.
After the final spin you blind-pick one bubble. If no pick is made in the time allowed, one is chosen at random. The bubbles then pop and the revealed Bubble Boost multiplier is applied to the total multiplier collected during the bonus game.
Where more than one bonus game is triggered in the same round, they are played one after the other. Bonus game wins are added to the main game win and shown as a total at the end of the round.
Mystery Bonus
The Mystery Bonus can appear at random after betting ends, during the windows when it is active. Tables running it are flagged in the lobby with a timer on the table tile, and players holding a qualifying bet on the Mystery number position receive a prize as set out in the paytable.
Taste & Feel
This is a studio built out of storybook nonsense: bubbles drifting past, a ball machine rattling away, and a wheel populated entirely by characters who look like they have never agreed on anything.
The rhythm is easy to follow. Numbers come out one at a time, cards fill in gradually, and you can see exactly how close each line is getting. The Mad Hatter takes up more of the wheel than anyone actually invited him to, which is very much in keeping with his reputation.
If the tea party mood suits you, the table is there whenever you fancy a look around Wonderland.
